April 25th, May 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th.
This 6 week yoga beginner’s course will guide you through all the basics of yoga. It will leave you feeling confident to move safely on your mat in any yoga class. 7:00-8:30pm Thursdays
You can expect to:
- Move through the fundamentals
- Make the connection of breath and movement
- Move safely and with proper alignment
- Gain a full understanding of the basic poses, sequences and how to move in a way that honors your body.
Each Week we focus on different aspects of Yoga including: Breath, standing balance poses, step by step Inversion, how to transition from each pose and much more.
