Restorative Yoga Class

Friday October 25th, 7:15 – 8:15pm

After a busy, hard working week come join Nancie Celini in this incredibly Restorative yoga class. You will use breath to increase space in your body, lower your heart rate, calm your mind and energize your spirits. Donations at the door accepted but not required, making this a great way to contribute back to those people who serve and help to conquer this insidious disease.

This class is open to everyone to just take a break, chill, restore and unwind. If you or someone you know is a breast cancer survivor please extend the invitation.
