In this issue I’m so excited to mention a little secret we’ve had to keep.
I’m happy to announce our brand new 850 sq ft. expansion dedicated to excellent and accessible floor classes including; barre, yoga and Pilates mat variations! Yay!
What is exciting is that in addition to our amazing line up of Pilates apparatus classes, our clients can take advantage of building a solid foundational floor experience of moving through many modalities incorporating stamina, flexibility, strength, agility and mobility as they cross train with us.
Our classes will include a beginner, intermediate and advanced track across all disciplines, giving our clients a pathway toward their health and fitness goals while switching it up every week or even daily. We know that many of you like to do “back to back” classes. We never get bored here 🙂
On another note: Our Platinum Pilates series is taking off nicely, giving us opportunity to help our senior populations age more gracefully and get stronger, not weaker as they age. We are so proud of our senior clients! We’ll continue to offer our Platinum clients a discount on all packages and classes.

Pilates Circuit Training!
In our circuit class we have six stations. We move in 2min intervals from one piece of equipment to the next, giving our clients a total body workout as well as a cardio vascular element. Check out this innovative and challenging class on Fridays at 9:00!
