Sometimes we need to mix things up or we just want to dip our toe in the water in a group class that doesn’t require much experience. Our FLOOR classes are available for beginner through advanced exercisers. Our instructors are trained to take brand new students and integrate them into the classes we offer, over time with correct body alignment and posture. My hope with Floor classes is to have a high quality, accessible experience in a small group setting.

Pilates based mat class requires a certain command and understanding of the Pilates Method of exercise. The instructor will take you through a flow of choreography with emphasis on breath, form and flow.
