Sometimes we need to mix things up or we just want to dip our toe in the water in a group class that doesn’t require much experience. Our FLOOR classes are available for beginner through advanced exercisers. Our instructors are trained to take brand new students and integrate them into the classes we offer, over time with correct body alignment and posture. My hope with Floor classes is to have a high quality, accessible experience in a small group setting.

Open Pilates Mat:
Pilates based mat class requires a certain command and understanding of the Pilates Method of exercise. The instructor will take you through a flow of choreography with emphasis on breath, form and flow. We use props to create a dynamic and fresh class each week.
This class uses a mat and a foam roller for balance, offering our clients a total body workout for balance and strength.
Clients are taken through a flow one might find at a Barre studio but with a certified Pilates instructor. This creates the
structure of support in our body needed for weight bearing strength training. You will love this full body workout!
Pilates for Balance and Strength:
This 60 minute class is open to students of all levels who wish to improve their balance while building strength. You’ll see many of your favorite Pilates exercises taken off the mat and onto your feet, creating new challenges for your core and equilibrium. Each exercise will place emphasis on stability through movement which will create dynamic strength and foster functional movement.
