In this series of sessions and classes, individuals seeking sport specific training have an array of options available to them. Using state-of-the-art Pilates machines and other props that are sport specific, our clients are able to gain the flexibility, strength and endurance they need for their sport. At Pivotal we have a Titleist Performance Fitness Level 1 certified Golf fitness instructor, a gymnastic coach with 25 years of experience, a dancer and choreographer. We have a wealth of talent and experience training individuals who want to:
- Improve their game
- Improve their fitness in relation to their sport; i.e., more mobile hips and shoulders for their golf swing, more stable pelvis or thoracic flexion for cycling etc…
- Prevent injuries that occur due to excessive overuse and poor posture
- Build a proper foundation which includes: balance, integration of flexibility and strength, endurance and mindful movement.
We use every modality we have for this population. Pilates machines, props, Yoga Wall and mindful movement techniques, to ensure quality care and sport specific training.
