The Zen Den programming was created as a result of meeting many many women and men who truly love to slow it down when they come into the studio. They want a slower paced class, a more mindful movement experience and less of a “gym-like” fast paced session. Perfect for the beginner or over 50 and fit client.
These classes focus on stress relief, body alignment, breath, flexibility and toning without even realizing you’ve done the work. Our intention with this series is to offer our clients classes such as:

Stress is a major factor in people’s lives. Sometime focusing on our bodies in a slow methodical manner, with soothing music and a quiet space honing our concentration, is just what we need. Pivotal was created to provide an oasis from the bustle and hustle of life and offer an ambiance of serenity and energy or Yin and Yang. Yes, we workout but we are a mind-body studio where women and men can come to relax into a different kind of workout.
